We can do emergency / very last minute Benches (with wood carving ) with next day delivery. Please call for costings.
You can now purchase any of our poducts using
Cushions, Covers and Fixings - when ordered separately, will be shipped by DHL Express £7.95; allow 3-4 working days
Oils and Cleaners - when ordered separately, will be sent by Royal Mail £4.95; allow 3-4 working days
Plaques - when ordered separately, will be sent by Royal Mail £4.95; allow 4-5 working days
The delivery dates stated above are our target delivery date. Whilst we do everything we possibly can to meet such dates, we do ask you to understand that this date is an estimate and a statement of our intent.
Delivery Charges Our standard Mainland UK delivery charge is £34.95
Standard delivery is MONDAY to FRIDAY and can be day specific.
Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost of approximately £35.00 throughout mainland England but please call to confirm before you place an order.

To ensure longevity and guaranteed strength, all of our benches are all delivery fully assembled; glued, dowelled and ready to use.
As such, your bench will arrive from our delivery partner on a pallet. Dont worry, their friendly staff will remove your bench from the pallet and take away the packaging allowing you to enjoy your purchase immediately.
Please note that our delivery service is a 1 man, kerbside drop off only. If you are taking delivery of a large or heavy Bench please arrange for an extra set of hands to help move your Bench into place.
As we source high quality Teak, naturally rich in silica and rubber, we do not need to apply any type of finish to our products. The furniture you receive is simply fine sanded.
Delivery Procedure When your Bench is ready, our delivery partner will collect it from our warehouse. Once they have it in their charge, they will phone the number provided by you at the delivery address.
At this stage, a mutually convenient date and time for delivery will be arranged. It is that simple.
We will never deliver with out a pre arranged appointment.

Delivery Flexibility If you would prefer us to deliver to an address different to that of the invoice, just tick that box on the check out page and leave the rest to us. There is also a special instruction box where you can leave us a message;
eg surprise birthday present, please only talk with Mrs Smith
International Deliveries We now deliver our benches through most of Europe. Please call with your delivery address for an exact price.
Claiming VAT back:
If delivery is outside of the EU or if you are registered for VAT in the destination EU country, you can claim the VAT back

Collections Please tick the collect from warehouse box during checkout if you wish to collect direct. All shipping charges will be omitted from your invoice.
Returns Please check your delivery for shortages or any visible signs of damage when it arrives. If for any reason you are unhappy or find a fault you will need to contact us within 48hrs.

Testimonial I would like to thank you (Brooks Transport) for co-coordinating a recent delivery of
